INFO ON POLLEN
What is a Pollination Zone? These are areas where there are heightened levels of Kinesian Pollen present. It is public knowledge that the pollen can be harmful and even deadly. Prolonged exposure is extremely dangerous. As such, the Japanese government has sectioned off these areas. It is forbidden to the public. Those found inside will be subject to the law. If a residence falls within a pollination zone, the inhabitants will be relocated to a CAMPING DISTRICT.
Pollination Zones are completely remote areas. Pollination Zones are like frozen moments of time. Everything is left exactly as it was. Cars are parked on highways. Shops exactly as they were left - save for those which have been looted. Tall grass and moss grow out of every surface, but nothing is more prevalent than the pink pollen which seems to coat everything.
Pollination Zones are filled with erratically growing plants. It wouldn't be unusual to see a tree sprouted within a building or a highway filled with flowers. What is most notably is the lack of human presence. These zones are a cryptic glimpse into what could very well be Tokyo's future.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER ONE?Well, well! Aren't you gutsy? The areas themselves are not off-limit to play in. However, characters who repeatedly appear inside a pollination zone will be subjected to some unexpected surprises!
CONTAMINATED (1 - 3 POSTS) :Your character's latest post will be "stamped" by a member of staff. The conditions of the stamp may vary - expect something fun and lighthearted!
INCUBATED(4 - 6 POSTS) :Your thread may be visited by a threatening visitor - a living plant, an pitchfork wielding farmer? Who knows.
PROLONGED EXPOSURE (6+ POSTS) :You were warned...
LOCATIONSThe levels of pollen may fluctuate, depending on the strength of the Kinesian Blossom. Once an area is labeled a Pollination Zone is it sectioned off from the public. Here is a current list of Pollination Zones, the list will be updated as the zones change --
